Position summary

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated person who wants to work in a dynamic specialist team environment, utilising their broad knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing from social media, SEO, paid ads and email marketing.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of Studio Culture’s Client Campaigns, whilst supporting performance-driven outcomes for clients to maximise ROI.

 

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clients from briefing through to execution and reporting
  • Developing strategies alongside our head strategist
  • Overseeing campaign rollouts, budgets, hours and workloads
  • Effectively prioritising your workload and constantly keeping the team informed on your progress on any given task
  • Developing a strong understanding of our clients’ businesses and their challenges
  • Coordinating accounts and client service
  • Supporting initiatives from the Business Development Manager with: Reporting, Insights and Analysis, Presentation preparation and more
  • Using initiative, following instructions and seeking guidance to improve client ROI
  • Launching new accounts and client campaigns, including strategy and research
  • Delivering effective workflow across the business in order to meet deadlines, managing workloads and ensuring appropriate skill levels are engaged to deliver high-quality work
  • Attending client WIP meetings and developing a working relationship with client contacts
  • Coordinating with clients and the team to implement day-to-day account changes across their campaigns
  • Contributing to a positive and motivating team environment
  • Attend training and developing relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players
  • Participating in projects as required
  • Supporting all members of the team on all day-to-day responsibilities

Support

  • Communicating insights and understandings to other departments to increase their level of expertise in all processes and procedures
  • Performing day-to-day operational support for digital campaigns for various clients of various sizes across multiple sectors of B2B and B2C

Behavioural attributes

You will be a highly motivated individual who has:

  • At least 3 years related working experience in the same or a similar role in an agency
  • An excellent understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid advertising, SEO etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit team
  • A strong sense of initiative and self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to learn and retain information quickly
  • Australian Residency and be based in Brisbane
