We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual who would love to fill the role of Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Based in the Brisbane CBD, Studio Culture is a fast growing, creative digital agency that is making big moves in the industry. As our paid Social Media Specialist, you’ll be part of a highly talented team and have the chance to create work for local, national and global brands.

Reporting to the Managing Director and the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with the Marketing and sales teams, 

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring all Social Media Paid channels for our clients, we want you to own this part of the business!

Objectives of this Role

  • Establish positioning and develop strategies with specific objectives across different platforms and segments
  • Lead the execution of the social media marketing strategy from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and recommendations on tactics
  • Build clients’ brand through awareness and online reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage client’s social media strategy
  • Define and report on the most important and relevant social media KPIs
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and website development team to ensure brand consistency
  • Lead on the establishment of audience segments and ad creative for our paid social media advertising campaigns. 
  • Conduct A/B split testing to determine which creative will performs best and alter the strategy accordingly
  • Drive the execution of paid social media advertising campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor and report on the results of these campaigns weekly, monthly and quarterly as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Paid Specialist or similar role
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of conversion and traffic metrics
  • Experience with social media marketing tools such as Gain or Hootsuite
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasker with good time-management and leadership skills
  • Team player with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite, desktop publishing and video editing software will be highly regarded
