Position: Business Development / Sales

Position summary

We are looking for an experienced Brisbane Based Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team and help us bring in more ideal clients to our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role at a digital marketing agency and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the agency
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs, and develop targeted outreach strategies to engage them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations to showcase the agency’s services and value proposition
  • Collaborate with the agency’s team members to develop and execute successful sales strategies and campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs, and use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and network with potential clients


  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales / business development role at a digital marketing agency
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends, including website design, development, SEO, Google Ads, and social ads
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Performance management
