The COVID-19 outbreak has introduced widespread uncertainty and confusion regarding the future of our society. At Studio Culture, our client’s success is our priority and we have every intention to continue business as usual. We understand that this time is confusing for our clients so we’re being as transparent as possible about what is happening in and around our Brisbane agency.
What Are We Doing?
Our main priority is to protect the health of our customers, our staff, and our community. We’re keeping an eye on real-time news and information from reliable health officials, and carefully following instructions to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Taking into account the advice of health professionals, certain staff have made the decision to work remotely for the protection of their health as well as the health of their loved ones. This will stretch over a two-week period, to begin. This decision is being re-assessed regularly and will be adjusted when health officials notify us that it is safe to do so. We’re determined to continue working together effectively as a team and are taking all possible measures to do so.
For as long as our decision to work remotely remains, our team is well prepared to practice extensive communication with other team members to ensure that everyone remains informed. Team communication will continue as normal with the help of platforms we use every day in the office, with the addition of video call platforms. We are also providing regular feedback on what is working well, and what’s isn’t so that we can develop solutions to improve our effectiveness.
Our business is operating as per usual when it comes to our customer-oriented approach. All of our team members will be working across standard business hours and are available to provide support throughout the day. Both phone and email contact is sufficient at this time.
